Case A: Multi-Container Office Conversion with Storage Space
In a recent project, we successfully converted 3 x 20-foot and 1 x 40-foot high-cube containers into office containers. This included a 40-foot high-cube container customized to serve as an office space with a manager’s cabin and a hall featuring 10 workstations.
The 40-foot container was equipped with:
- Air-conditioning for both the manager’s cabin and the workstation area.
- Overhead storage and proper insulation to ensure a comfortable working environment.
- A tarcol sheet roof to prevent water seepage and increase durability.
Case B: Large-Scale Office Containers for a Global Leader
In another project, we delivered two 40-foot high-cube containers to serve as temporary office spaces for their technicians and workers. These containers were designed to support a large number of workstations:
- Container 1: 16 workstations (8 on each side)
- Container 2: 3 manager cabins and 6 workstations
Both containers were air-conditioned and designed to meet the high standards required for international projects. These office containers not only provided the necessary space but also allowed the team to work in a comfortable and organized environment while installing machinery at the customer’s factory.
Case C: 20-foot General Purpose Office and Storage Containers on Lease
We recently leased 2 x 20-foot general-purpose containers to a customer for their Railway Locomotive Sheds project sites. These containers served a dual purpose: one half of each container was an air-conditioned, insulated office space, while the other half was a secure storage area for tools and machinery.
Key features include:
- Air conditioning, lighting, and fans for the office space.
- Overhead storage for added utility.
- Tarcol sheet roofing and ACP sheet cladding for durability and a polished look.
- Dual branding with both VS&B and customer’s logos displayed on the containers.
These containers were leased for a period of three years, providing the customer with a cost-effective, portable, and compliant solution that could be easily relocated as project requirements changed.
